@sus as I am nursed for cellulitis on a hospital ward with staff attempting to save my left lower leg = v rude, so of course I have time to indulge debate beyond stonercore

cannabis isn’t European, it’s East Asian - China, followed by small breeding horizons where thc-heavier strains were favoured further away making an archaeobore link to Europe unnecessary, still, added a dash to last paragraphs

you conflate both stoner and culture as universal, they’re not - ref points exist for such but if it involves snap back caps and drool, i’m all up for opting out. Britain suffered a cannabis crisis in the late 90’s and the sweet spot with thc levels soared beyond calming long after I got out of the game. I’m still proud of cheese though, as the original breeding matches were unique and, with soil and natural light/poly tunnels, all the calming properties were maintained

by the late 90’s hash quality plummeted, mid-2000’s hydroponics had started to fuck everything: antipsychotic properties unintentionally bred-out, v low cbd and @thirdform is right re division of labour, how markets dominate contemporary and past horizons .. no wonder so many are opting out apart from libertarians who want to run grow farms and carry obscene weapons, or the humble tincture maker like myself

beardy mumblings paragraphs - if we look at two works of art from India and Denmark roughly 800-1100;years ago, we find hints of connections between the Indian-subcontinent and Europe. more clear with Indian water and fire rites but they’re Bronze-Age fire-yielding Ukrainians meeting indigenous Dravidians with a water fetish

much later at the inauguration of Ashoka from 2nd century AD you can find dedicatory art reliefs with Western European carnyx/war trumpet players, add Phrygian pipers with their distinctive hats, a positively cacophonous ensemble of musicians. 2nd is the Gundestrup cauldron, possibly the most well known examples of its kind outside of the British Isles. one of the central figures is a Brahmin-posed god/deity/‘supernature‘representation, most likely Cernunnos. everyone points at the cauldron’s motifs - and they are weirdly entrancing as narrative possibilities - but why the Brahmin pose? why so many mushrooms?

clear contacts between east and west long before trad narratives, long history of botany and information exchanges, long history of mystery traditions as cultural exchanges at mass events with plant and fungi potions .. people used to be extremely mobile and are often misunderstood eg role of sea, rivers, marriage exchanges as peace treaties

it is therefore incumbent on you @sus to become a master hash-maker and maintain sacred hashish lineages - seize the means of production, explore the art as a master craftsman whether Frenchie Cannoli ice-extract style or dry-sieved or heat-pressed live-resin/rosin. pass down the knowledge, write world-leading journal pieces on individual/collective knowledge base and forsake any desire to become a gossip columnist

Someone has to teach me first! I have no knowledge to pass on!

the leg is fucked but Iv antibiotics and morphine are helping (latter for once)

you live in America, or are at least based there, right? have a nose at doing an apprenticeship for free if you can hustle enough beforehand or as a 2nd job. Spain is a hash lab rn, hope you explored

it’s fuckin weird but America has stolen every hash making technique from across the world and appropriated accordingly in recent years. Cannoli makes temple ball, aged, respected, helped identify a new terpene through aging and has seeded enough brains your way to find one

his wisdom goes beyond capital, he gives so much away or processes crops for free. even if he uses tobacco personally, his hash is on my bucket list as it is solvent free

rosin is much much easier - I’ve managed it with baking paper and curling tongs. temp activates the rosin so a blob under the tongue not only tasted good, it worked fully enough to endure angling with brother and friends. fuck dabs - what a fiddly, hot, ott on the lungs option
