who was it was saying they never heard any mills that wasn't boring? i haven't heard everything but i agree with that person.
That's not quite what I meant.
you must have insider info, their website only goes up to 16th December! I'll stick it in the diary and check back. Cheers for the heads up.
It was at a place in London Bridge called Happy Jax. Sabres Of Paradise played live as a band just the once there I think.were the sabresonic nights held in a massive space beneath a YMCA or the like (i.e., are there actually YMCAs in england?) near tottenham court road? with a full-on progressive rock band backed by andrew weatherall or whomever on turntables? i somehow recall lots of leafy plants and torches for the decor? does this ring a bell with anyone?
i'd love to hear some classic weatherall mixes, anyone got any links??
I phoned to check and tonights is cancelled. Bummer as I was hoping it would compensate for the Friday FWD debacle and I never made it to the Box of Dub launch. All in all that was a much quieter weekend than I was expecting!I noticed on the Rotter's website that he has been blogging on there recently(ish) and that he is playing out Sunday 25/11/07 at the Queens Head, Islington. I might amble along and see what he's currently up to. I thought some others on here might be interested.
