Environmental Collapse: when and how bad?

>200 dead from floods in Valencia, with a year's worth of rain falling in one night.

Is this anywhere near you, @Benny Bunter?
No, luckily in Seville it's just been heavily pissing down for the last few days but nothing too serious, what's happened in Valencia is horrific though, and looking like the deaths should have been largely avoidable but the weather alert system fucked up.

Fasting moving hurricane ever.
Left town yesterday to get somewhere with electricity and internet.
What kind of FUCKING GENIUS installs permanent locks on the windows of a home in hot, humid subtropical environment?! FUCKING ROASTING and continually dripping sweat.
I'm not even in one of the worst hit areas, but there are massive clusters trees uprooted everywhere, fences rip from the ground, downed power lines everywhere - there was also a 12 hour curfew after the storm where no one was allowed on the roads because it was so dangerous.

People I know in Asheville, NC, just THREE days ago, got safe, clean running water in their home again.
so, that's like what? almost two months without?!

A big chucnk of climate-related disasters will be prevented with better preparedness which the Spanish learned the hard way

I realised yesterday, among other things, that the global warming fuss is merely a displaced interdiction against onanism: why else would uptight thin-lipped virgins seek to snuff out those glorious spurts of carbon - the very stuff of life - from suggestively shaped gas towers and oil derricks while seeking to run the roving phalluses of our autoways off the road.

You're reading my revelation and looking quite indignant and I would say yes, this is profoundly misandrist but it goes further into undiluted heterophobia for what is happening is the replacement of male probing and puncturing of mother Earth (now deemed a violation) with an entirely female mode of passive receptivity to mother Earth and the globo-lesbian bed-death of understimulated spreadeagled solar panels, unmoved wind turbines, and hydroelectric dams.
