lol. some of them are good, some of them aren't.. seemed like a fair question ;)

so gutted to miss the bday spesh with 3rd bass open again. i'm not being a fassy, but the sound and vibe is just so much better in there.

i agree. the birthday one brought that into incredibly strong focus...

i find dmz too hit and miss now for the cash, i more or less always feel slightly disappointed when i leave. there are always real highlights, but they feel too few and far between

really want to go for Peverelist and Geiom tho so who knows, i'll probably get sucked in anyway

DMZ I like for the whole vibe of it but musically its been a bit hit and miss for me for a while. I would like to see Peverelist but I'm sure Geiom will be put on first when there's about 30 people in there... which is all good, just not the optimum time to get into it.

@ faustus- I know what you mean, the system seemed to get incredibly loud/room-shaking at points and then went quiet again. The MC screaming all over it didn't help. The only place where it was consistent was if you sat at the back against the wall.

are they going to bring back the thursday night instead? i really hope so - to be honest fwd on fridays has been a real disappointment to me. i used to go all the time when it was thursdays just because the vibe and the music were so amazing. then it got moved to friday and the vibe waned a bit, the music did too - the plastic people system is consistently great, but its not just about that.

anyone in the know as to whats happening to fwd in the future?

theyr'e moving it to sundays, I think it's been discussed upthread or somewhere around here.

i know the dissensus dubstep thread is hater's paradise,, but c'mon.. how is DMZ ever disappointing?! are you actually dumb??

and yes dan, i'm afraid you are being a thoroughbread fassy! come along and we can talk about how great it would be if wiley and skepta were going b2b over goth trad. :p

heeheeh, I bought the Far East Assassin thing w/ Distance remix. To be honest though, Distance and Vex'd mastered the hard dubstep sound in 2005, there's not much else you can do with it.
