i'm still waiting for some good records from uptown it's been over a week now, i ordered them on line and i'm desperate for them, no customer service and no records... bah, i only bought them from there as i wanted to support them.

i reckon there was probably more funky in dubstep about 5 years ago or so rhythmically, rhythm hasn't always been dubsteps strong point, which is astonishing goven where it came from.

Same here but I expected it as I had a few records in there that were on pre-release (the Donaeo and D-Malice). If in stock the service is very good in my experience.

I agree about the lack of interesting rhythm in a lot of dubstep. More bongos, less midrange please.

yeah exactly. i never got bored of percussion.


it's developed in so many other ways, apart from rhythmically, the rhythmic developments lately have sort of harked back to 2 step a bit which is good but not unexpected.

yeah one of my records was the donaeo but it says its in stock now.
