Why?
The point of Dogme style manifestos is that they're self-imposed restrictions that may be artistically stimulating for the person who opts into them. We're not talking about writing out The Law and sending round black shirted enforcers to arrest anyone who fails to toe the line or drawing up a canonical list of things that are Bad For Music.
