Thats right actually - its a meme not a virus, which is why only Spanish speaking people have died from it.

If this thing is going to kick off I hope it does so soon. I have exams I would like to get out of next week. Might as well get some silver lining on the go.
I can't think of many things worse than catching deadly flu in an exam hall. That's just not cool at all.

For the record the Doc is working all hours and the phonelines are just jammed with people freaking out; it seems that the infastructure will collapse long before the nation dies. A national 'DON'T PANIC' alert will be imminent, a la wartime.

Pffft, I remember that 'news' story from the first time round a few years back.

Also, is there anything guaranteed to make people panic quite so much as being told, especially by the government, not to panic?
