Should I be ashamed?

soon after seeing this thread I had the misfortune of hearing the advert for Ministry of Sound's latest 'Dubstep' CD.
Which in a roundabout way got me thinking about a golden era dubstep tune which goes for these sort of sounds. Geeneus Detroit

in similar sort of vein to bodyrox & mason tracks, I've always thought this track was great, sounds amazing in clubs.

I loved Deftones first 2 albums i think (Around the Fur and White Pony) Should definatly check out the later ones. I am not a big fan of modern metal bands either but it hard to put Deftones in that category.

Here is my fav Deftones track of all time, cant embed though

Huge deftones fan here. Riventruck, if you want to check out a new album of their's, their '06 album "Saturday Night Wrist" is a masterpiece. I actually feel that the new album is a step-back from everything they had going for them. They were starting to make the post-hardcore version of those A.R. Kane records.

Wow - that Proxy one is seriously nuts. I'd probably change the vocal - though I'd probably be wrong, either way it's great.

he's from Russia, supposed to release an album 'soon', though it is perennially pushed back. I did have a recorded set (or a podcast mix?) of his before that I found on Erol Alkan's forum, but it was a bit samey and dull.
