not seen any bluebells yet, gonna try the magic woods next week inshallah will find.

did see a couple of deer by another wood today

Saw hundreds of elvers in the river today, tiny glassy fellas; then a gurnard, conger eel, sea squirts, sea cucumbers, John dory, crabs, starfish, plus what I thought was an empty tank but which the aquarium attendant told me contained a soluble type of fish.

"fish rising"

there's a noticeboard to the right of the magic tree proclaiming this street to be a "national monument of Japan"

"nowhere else but here"

"A Prized Zelkova Row of Trees of Riding Ground Daimon - narional monument of Japan'

we were there for "Kurayami Matsuri" ( Festival of Darkness )

here's a bunch of Yakuza dragging a Taiko drum through the national monument;

Nice trees Billy. I actually really wanna go to Japan now, since I found out they basically worship trees.

How did it save Yr life?

Big fan of weasels lately.

They're great to see in the wild. I've only ever seen two, both dashing across the path ahead up in the Downs, head up, plucky, ready to pounce, soar, or whatever.

Sorry Stan, but you're nearly a week late.

Orcas are deliberately sinking sailing boats for the sheer fuck of it, and teaching other orcas how to do it:
