Policy should be geared towards aggressively targeting people with symptoms (ie. detecting signs of ill health), testing them with the 15-minute tests (twice, to double-check) and literally isolating them, not just plonking them back home where they will infect their families.
Policies targeting asymptomatic transmission are doing more harm than good and should be scaled back dramatically.
