Apparently Cameron's team used to go round the before hand and cover all such signs to prevent this kind of shot.... have to grudgingly admire that level of planning.
They must have made a special effort to conceal the ones that said "HAM-FACED WANKER".

it does seem early, but biden has been trending 75-90% of the mail-in vote in these Dem districts, so at some point the math just doesn't work for trump.

A question for those who know more about US politics than I do, which is probably nearly everyone: with the Republicans hanging onto control of the Senate, is this something of a Pyrrhic victory for the Democrats? I mean obviously the main thing was getting rid of Trump, but if (as seems reasonable) the emphasis for at least the next couple of years is to try and undo some of the damage he's done, is Biden simply going to be blocked at every turn by die-hard Trumpist Senators who are motivated solely by ill-will due to the deposition of their God-Emperor (and, even for those who aren't really true believers, a need to be seen to do so to appease "the base" in order to retain their support)?

This may be the funniest and most terrifying thing, I ever heard reported: White House aides are "scoping possible conduits" in Trump's family/inner circle, effectively to "stage an intervention", designed to bring the PoTUS round to the possibility he may have lost the election.

there will be gridlock if the GOP holds the Senate, but as @IdleRich said, that's not official yet: two Senate seats in Georgia are going to a run-off. Not sure the Dems can win both but who knows.

"As we said on July 19th, the American people will decide this election. And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House,” campaign spokesperson Andrew Bates said in a statement

NC and Alaska senate races also not yet called, but GOP definitely wins Alaska and probably NC as well.
