This guy had his book The Plot Against the President made into a film by John Milius's daughter Amanda Milius. His follow-up was called The Permanent Coup.

so, a biden person says "the American people will decide this election" and it's interpreted as "voters are too irresponsible to choose their own leaders...we will choose for them".

?

There people are into hysteria, now. I'm watching all the ultra-loyalists, Mark Levin, Jeanine Pirro, etc., they're all onboard to Stop the Steal.

There's no nuance in Lock Her Up.

I guess Yes We Can is zippy. It doesn't draw on righteous indignation though.

Slogans are the gimmicks of political jargon.

Bit like the frozen yoghurt I was sold in Boston, because “it doesn’t fall out of the bucket, see?”, then the seller held it over his head and a blob politely fell on his shoulder.

Much disappoint.

The left can do it too, but as of yet only in ways that make the center left uncomfortable- 99%, the bernie campaign

But it seems that they are waging the battle on twitter and not really digging any deeper than that. And, yeah, that can rile their crazies, but it's not going to change anything. Is that cos they know they can't win or simply that these days they only know how to fight PR battles not real battles?
Or is there something going on that I'm not seeing? A substantial legal challenge that has a chance of changing something?

twitter isn't the real world.
they haven't lived in the real world for ages, why start now?
it's just the next conspiracy, the next chapter in the war of civilizations between the righteous and the pedo lizard people.

Levin & Co. are claiming the Trump clan have "thousands" of lawyers on the case.
But what's the strategy? It seems that Trump thinks "throw enough random complaints and keep at it and they'll get kicked up to the supreme court who owe me and will call the election for me" but that's not gonna work. So far I've seen loads of lawyers being laughed out of court and one victory - something that allowed the observers who were already in the room to move a bit closer.
You've got Junior and Derek alleging vast and outlandish fraud online but how does that connect up with what the lawyers are doing? They need a specific case to bring with at least some kind of evidence don't they?
It feels like two worlds that can never connect and make anything happen.

They banged on to stop the count and declared they'd won Pennsylvania... but the counts continued and they lost PA.

I have no idea Rich. It's like a group hysteria, and it's interesting (to me, anyway) to watch which Republicans peal away from this insanity and which ones stay on the Trump Train until the bitter end. The QAnon candidates obviously will, but then they actually believe all this stuff, as the Marjorie Greene twitter feed I posted illustrates.

I wouldn't be surprised if the true believers concoct a narrative in which Trump has willingly "sacrificed himself" as an integral part of the ongoing ineffable plan to defeat the alien lizard-nonces.

Was surprised that Graham donated 500k to the Trump court fund... though I guess that's not that much for him and it's worth it to keep everyone onside. I mean we've gotta assume that LG and Moscow Mitch are not dumb enough to actually believe this shite.
