Trump committed a crime under Georgia law -- criminal solicitation of election fraud. As the Supreme Court held in Trump v. Vance (2020), a sitting president is subject to criminal process. So when he enters Georgia, he can be arrested and charged.

I've also seen that Trump has realised he's fucked up and is suing over the tape's leaking although I've not been able to confirm that.

GA GOP senate candidate David Perdue was on Fox News and expressed outrage about the call...not with the content, but with the fact that it was leaked.

Perdue, who was a guest on "The Next Revolution," said he was "shocked" that a member of the Republican Party would tape a sitting president and leak it to the media.

Well, like I said, Trump is gonna counter-sue or whatever cos he realises he's in trouble. It's bullshit though I think, GA is another that has "one-party consent" which is a fancy way of saying that one person can legally record a phone call without asking the other.
