I've ordered a load of butterfly pea flowers, blue lotus flowers and adaptogen coffee (Criollo cacao, cacao extract, black maca, cordyceps dual-extract, lion's mane dual-extract, ginseng extract, cured fo-ti, rehmannia dual-extract, catuaba extract, cistanche extract and benfotiamine.) from the States. Dog needs worming.

@pattycakes_ i tried the lion's mane! on your recommendation i picked up a pack
it has a very definite and in my case quite strong effect
does actually give one a big bump - perhaps that's why it's called lion's mane - as though without out one was a cub and it puts hairs on one's chest... or mane.
IN FACT i think that it it probably has a, perhaps subclinical, narcotic effect. i noticed a bit of a comedown slide in the evening. so i will probably have to avoid it in future. but still, very interesting.

Yet to, but still eager to try it myself. I'm sold on the idea that it's a (supposedly) one stop shot for removing toxic metals such as Mercury from the body, acting as an antifungal and also regenerating damaged and lost neural pathways, among a long list of other radical sounding fx.
Would it not be worth trying a löwer dose?

The blue lotus is pretty good. Promotes lucid dreaming and you get a mild buzz before that.
Butterfly pea makes pretty blue tea.
I bought 2 more bags of the adaptogen coffee this morning and some GABA oolong tea.
