Yes, and it was first written for Houston, but rejected by her team, and then rejected by Belinda Carlisle.
Maybe being so young when it came out had a different affect on you, but for me it was like being instanstly sterilized and lobotomized under the fluorescent lights of a shopping mall or grocery store.
