I haven't read any of his books, but I'd like to read the Abolition of Britain, his first one.We should do a group read of this.

First became properly aware of him during COVID when I started getting really pissed off about my little boy having to wear a mask at school. Made me laugh how he called them 'face nappies' and 'muzzles'
Then read some of his tirades against e-scooters and I thought he was bang on cos I hate them
Then his whole take on the Blair era, so different to nearly everyone else, struck me as very insightful. Definitely changed the way I think about UK politics.
Best thing about him is his anti war stance probably, unlike his daft brother.
And there's some brilliant performances on question time on YouTube
hes doing a jihad on dyslexia now, it's great
How did they make that out? What's the advantage in struggling to spell?Funny, I'd thought dyslexia had sort of fell by the wayside in favour of adhd in recent years, but maybe it's becoming trendy again - I saw someone from the dyslexia association or whatever it is getting interviewed on the bbc news the other day, going on about how it's a 'superpower' and all the usual.
How many of the millions of people now diagnosed with dyslexia and adhd have had their brains scanned?
I wouldn't take Peter Hitchens too seriously, @..... . He's a known crank.
