I went to that fancy rum spot and asked for their the strangest most potent rums. I forget what they were called but one was 69% and tasted like grass clippings and the other also tasted a bit like grass. That seems to be the end point of rum 'funk'

you have to beware that I've been sort of awake for 56 hours, I might have dozed off on a 14 hour flight but I did burst into tears during a Godilla movie inflight and then I drank a 35 cl bottle of Myers's dark rum and about 60cl of a Havana club before cracking open the SANTA TERESA but this is a special rum that I can not refrain myself from refilling my mug
