I heard it's because Starmer keeps ignoring him and the EU are threatening to regulate Twitter.

Conservative evangelicals do have influence here, it’s unfortunate but what can you do other than kill them all?

They’re not completely thick either, ministries have US links galore, preachers are exchanged for training just like any international faith system so they know how to launder their £ too

Without US influences and intervention, Christianity would be microbial in Britain today and while the CofE and Vatican are hardly extinct, Christian nationalism in its current guise is a relatively new phenomena due to a major faith collapsing and world-changing technological innovation occurring roughly concurrently

It's just occurred to me that, on the basis that massive narcissists are always incredibly thin-skinned and easy to annoy, Musk probably feels a shiver of impotent rage every time he hears someone refer to it as Twitter, and not the completely meaningless "X" that he's renamed it.

GB news and talk TV make me sick and I despise Reform, but I sort of respect Mike Graham for platforming Peter Hitchens when no one else would. And I like it on the rare occasions he gets to interview a Labour MP and just gives them loads of shit.

As unpleasant and dumb as they undoubtedly are, there is a need for these channels. I think it's a necessary outlet, the press's job should be to give politicians a hard time at all times and not give them a single inch, left or right.

Fucking hate Mike Graham. Horrible, disingenuous mouthpiece.

I don't think there is. They exist purely to crank up the anger and confusion. They aren't interested in pressuring politicians into anything positive or practical and they don't operate from a place of reality. It's mostly clickbait nonsense like The Mail and The Sun publish in print.

Yeah I agree, it's ugly, but who else is giving them a proper hard time, like they deserve?

They give them a hard time because they're an ostensibly left wing party, not because of anything they've actually done. The reporting's partisan rubbish by default. There isn't anything Labour can do that will garner positive coverage from them because they've been set up to attack the left no matter what.

They've had him on PoliticsJOE and Novara a fair bit in the last five years.
Fair enough, that was big of them. But talk TV had him on every week during covid, and at first Mike Graham was in total disagreement with him,but he still kept inviting him on.

And who else let Peter hitchens on during COVID? Nobody
Yes, where would we be without a tedious, reactionary old fart harrumphing about how everyone with this so-called acute respiratory disease needed to pull themselves together, take an aspirin and stop being such a wet blanket.
