GRIME- breaking news, gossip, slander, lies etc

Elijah

Butterz
Woo Riddim has dominated vocal sections
D Double E - Street Fighter
Killa P - E10 Riddim
Wiley - MC Pon 141

have been among my favourites. CD is Dead will pick up a lot of energy now the accapella is available. Theres more to come, but some Rinse sets we play 2 or 3 vocals the whole show. Its jokes

Those vocals Elijah said E10 being a big fave although I prob play the instro way more + Monkey by Trim and Run by The Bug and Flowdan. D Double E and Dot Rotten's Woo Riddim's do it too. CD Is Dead is alright. I'm still feeling the Royal T remix of OGs Hot Ones and Go Rapid too but I'm not sure if they where last year...

its good to see the health in the scene where grime goes back to the instrumentals

i always felt grime died when an MC could turn up at a stage show and perform tracks off a CD.

I like a DJ with some music and live mcing over the top

Its the element of surprise.

Feeling this on the vocal grime front (although not strickly a grime delivery i spose). Maxwell's been fire since he started on dancehall and (to a lesser extent) funky, rinsed his versions of Jumeirah and Tripple Bounce.

quiet nudge about our live tour that kicks off tomorrow ft Durty Goodz and quite possibly an MC who's oh-so gutter, comes through stinking of coco butter...
