can ppl please stop UK/grime mcs from rapping with acoustic guitars. its SO fucking shit. why do people like this sort of thing? the folkie/acoustic guitar+vocalist thing never works with rappers.

Twitter has destroyed the grime clash. Nothing quite like clashes starting on a weekly basis because someone indirected about another MC's comparative lack of followers instead of @'ing to their face like they should've.

I saw some other youtube dick the other day trying to call himself Rapid.

I am always the first to defend grime, and may well be the last, but this hasn't been a very good year.

I actually have a huge folder on my computer of old 96kbps grime instrumentals that probably should also be uploaded to youtube. Maybe I'll do it someday if I can be arsed.

Watching people from grime communicate via twitter is such a depressing thing. Well maybe not depressing but, they talk all these aggressive lyrics and then go on twitter to call someone out. I mean, if you are in London and you want to find someone, its not that hard really.

he sounds good but the flow is a lot more standard hip hop double time to my ears than how he used to. i dont really feel dizzees 'street' bars anymore though. i prefer him doing stuff like road rage.
