"Sure, but that's kinda unavoidable. Otherwise, what? Buy Ribery now"
Don't buy him maybe.
Of course, this is all speculation that will probably turn out to be total bollocks, plus Feguson is normally right, but my ten cents are in disagreement with him here.

Fair enough, if that's what you reckon. But bear in mind, if Ronaldo is being sold for bigbucks, whether you buy one replacement for shitloads or ten for not very much, you still pay through the nose cos a) you're Man Utd and b) you've just banked £xxm on one player. The who or the when doesn't matter.

This is one of the most depressing games I've ever seen.

After eight minutes, despair.

After ten minutes, futility.

With the partial exception of Nasri, who is at least trying, Arsenal have been spineless and abject. Adebayor is a clown; this we know. But where is Fabregas? He's our captain!

I feel bad for Gibbs. It was a very poor overall effort but he'll end up being the focus of a lot of the talk.

yeah, arsenal were total shit - against us in the semi and man u both times. lucky to have even scored two goals in those three games.

with the fletcher thing, i don't reckon it's as clean cut as the commentators are making out - he's pulling him long before he touches the ball. but foul or not you don't need to give a red, it's prissy refereeing. silly tackle for fletcher to even bother making really though.
