I think the jubilanis significance is overplayed. It's a ball at the end of the day.
As the Brazilians said, it's like one of those plastic jobbies you would buy down the pound shop - which, similarly, are also (complete) balls, at the end of the day.
Just like a cheap toy ball, it changes direction, spin and speed seemingly on a whim. Goals are scored not because of player skill or lack of it, but purely because of the Jabulani's random factor.
