The initial wild swing rightwards was so sudden on happened on such a mass scale, particularly among what I think of as 'the paranoia community' that it did feel like an enchantment.

Actually that was an underrated post about Nelly. A lot of political discourse is precisely that - I want this, no I was joking, oh you're up for it in that case I'm serious, in fact I even suggest this - no I'm joking, or am I... and so on ad infinitum.

The Defense Department asked the Capitol police if they needed assistance from the National Guard three days before the riot, while DOJ officials offered manpower from the FBI on Wednesday, three sources told the AP.

I referred to this momentum as globalist, which I have since acknowledged as a declaration of insufficient thoroughness. Even if its purely a reaction against any trump-colored nationalism, its still globalist-friendly, no? Nationalism is now officially parochial, insufficient, reactionary.
