i think he wants war with iran,as long as biden is in power netanyahu can just do what he wants. either way it will be the end of israel.
I don't know if Kamala Harris has Middle East policies that are significantly different from Biden's, but if Trump wins again in November, bear in mind that he he and his party are significantly more pro-Israel and anti-Palestine than Biden and the Democrats, and much more belligerent towards Iran, too - don't forget the Soleimani assassination while Trump was POTUS the last time.

imagine netanyahu, he is in nyc at the moment attending a united nations conference and while he's there, after almost one year of committing genocide, he gives the order to bomb a densely populated residential neighbourhood in beirut slaughtering hundreds of civilians. this monster has total impunity.

He's really shown up the weakness of the US. Whenever they try to rein him in, he just tells them to fuck off.
i know zero, less than zero, absolutely nothing about why the US supports israel or how any of that works so speaking from ignorance. i was thinking today that it reminds me of the US-Pakistan relationship. where Pakistan managed to kick the shit out of the US because they know that ultimately what the US cares about as a high high high priority is the stability of Pakistan. which I agree is crucial. so Pakistan could literally fight the US for fifteen years next door in Afghanistan and still remain a supported ally, when push came to shove.

it's weird watching the news. the last week or two has bought new and unexpected forms of horror from israel and it provokes an emotional reaction. horror is the closest way i can describe it. the shock of violence. i know that there's no objective difference between the first airstrike on beirut towers and the five hundredth airstike on gaza towers but forgetting about objectivity it's a shocking thing to see. you can't price it in. the newness forces you have to face it.

Anyone heard from Nasrallah lately? Sounding like an alternative service to humanity has been completed.

The US-Saudi relationship too, given the latter's alleged involvement in 9/11.
