actually now that I think about it, i was at a resturant bar with my mom last sunday and i overheard a conversation about ridgewood and this guy saidd its somewhere where young people are but still a neighborhooody place. not somewhere you would go to if u dont live there, he also said and i quote.... ridgewood is "extaordinarily queer" and that "all gentrified people and areas are queer"
