Honestly there are a bunch you can skip and not miss much. The first two thors are more or less worthless, seeing as his character was reborn in Taika Waititi's style in the third entry.

Civil war is enjoyable.

Michael Keaton's the villain in that one, so the villain actually has some personality.

Going back a way to Hugh Jackmans face it was fitting wolverine was the only one who could go back to the 70s cos that character represents the kind of troubled turbulent masculinity that was last viable in the 70s. He even smokes cigars just to emphasise the point.
