You can get food poisoning from leftover rice, even if it's well reheated. Something to do with if it's left out for awhile before it goes in the frig, bacteria forms and a few minutes in the microwave or in a pan doesn't kill it.

no room temp. then in fridge and re-heat later. can't rule out that i got diahrrea once or twice but it's not deadly i can tell you thatdid the rice stay warm? I think the issue is when it becomes room temperature for awhile.
