I was sitting down waiting for the Arkestra Under The Direction of Marshall Allen to start playing and two guys approached me and asked "can we take photos with you" and they started snapping away as they posed with me and I was sort of puzzled and then the arkestra took the stage and then I realised the guys were the drummer and the bassist

a friend of mine was telling about his friend who was at a Sun Ra concert and Sun Ra left the stage and started tapping people in the audience and telling them "you're dead" but when he tapped her she responded "and you're fat"

i cried when i got the bit in the sun ra biography where he dies cos he always said you dont have to die it was just people assuming they had to that made them die. i cried in the concert too. but i dont usually cry cos im a man.
