But enough about Ezra. What's the deal with @version? He turns up two years ago, he already knows everything about all of us, he's the second most prolific poster in the history of the board within about two minutes, he feeds us all sorts of data, subtly altering the reality we live in. Who sent him? What is his purpose? The more you think about this fascinating riddle, this enigma at the heart of the board, the more intriguing and suspicious it becomes.

Why not conspiracy theories? They’ve really opened up the world for/to people like Matt le Tissier, like a challenging psychedelic can, except this trip doesn’t seem to end

You can be whatshisface off Twin Peaks with a blue and red pair of glasses but hearing rw‘ers talking about divine matters in the last few months, a zone ripe for the white pill enthusiasts anyway, shows where the year is headed - peaking Christian nationalism as actual election cycles start to become more publicly obvious

Nowt stranger than folk

Someone on one of the Red Scare subs claiming to have been involved with William Wragg, the Tory MP at the centre of this:

fooled around with an ugly politician, tbh i just wanted to talk about politics with an actual semi-high ranking politician. he bragged about his career (tbh it was interesting) to reel me in. however it all became a bit too much and I excused myself. he had kinda rapey vibes.
anyway 6 months later, the politician is in the news for getting blackmailed by someone. i wasn't surprised seeing as he is going after random ppl such as myself and spilling the beans of his job as a flex. he resigned now, it was a rlly big scandal in this country. he's also a known degen, there's a party "naughty list" that was leaked a few years back and lo and behold, turns out there's a video of him being pissed on by multiple ppl - this was conveniently left out of the mainstream news coverage during the debacle.
i thought about msging him about the scandal, but probs not a good idea as the glowies have been on his phone. most likely they have my number too lmao.

A senior Canadian federal scientist has alleged that the government shut down an investigation into a mystery brain illness in New Brunswick that he believes may have affected 350 people.

He is the second federal scientist to accuse the government of deliberately halting the investigation and to say that the caseload is higher than the government has acknowledged.

Someone in a Reddit thread on this said the following -

New Brunswick's economy is monopolized by the Irving family's companies, and is heavily centered around primary industries, like forestry and oil refining. I wouldn't be surprised if this is being caused by pollution from one of their factories or refineries, and so the state government is trying to keep things quiet.

the guy who sits next to me at work has some "strong opinions" and he reckons Canada has just 'lost it" wholesale ( I.e, 'suicidal ideation" being permanently cured by Canadian doctors via "assisted suicide", etc )

There was that website that offhandedly predicted a UK population of 15 million not too long from now, and said it would be due to mass suicide...can't remember the site(!) but it was otherwise involved in military forecasting.

A court-appointed bankruptcy trustee has indicated plans to sell off right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' Infowars media empire to pay some of the $1.5b (£1.18b) he owes to families of the Sandy Hook school shooting victims.

In a court filing filed on Sunday, the trustee, Christopher Murray, said he was planning to close operations of Infowars' owner Free Speech Systems and "liquidate its inventory".

The news comes a week after a bankruptcy judge decided Mr Jones' personal assets would be liquidated to pay back the victims for spreading misinformation about the deadly 2012 shooting at a suburban Connecticut school.
