Yep, both of them were extraordinary, unique players. Even the metal-lite of Album would've been worth hearing, but the late-80s stuff was shit on a stick.

Admire the chutzpah of the we will/won't play the hits though. Filthy Lucre Tour would've been more honest than the pretence that he's keeping PiL art-rock.

I've knocked up a Spotify playlist of what I could find of Lydon's selection.

Not made up my mind about the PiL show, it is tempting.
Resisted last years (?) Pistols, but it might be interesting to see Lydon live just once.
