I already tried begging on ILM to no avail, but figured you guys might be more likely to have what I'm after. Back in 2003/4 I used to listen to these sets pretty obsessively, and in particular I loved the Ruff Sqwad 22nd and 29th December 2003 Deja Vu FM sets. Unfortunately, I wasn't so good at archiving things, and many house moves later, none of my mp3s (or the tapes I got from Luka) from back then survive.

A lot of digging around has turned up 8 mins from 29/12/03 and 40 mins from 5/1/04, but that's it. Does anyone have the full sets, or anything else around then?? I'm pretty sure that I used to have full two hour versions of all these, but I can't find any trace of them online, and I would really, really love to hear them again.

So what with old Grime white labels costing a fortune nowadays, are there any classic tunes can be bought in affordable formats (CD, good quality MP3’s etc)? Yes, there is- Footsie’s instrumentals CD is out soon so lets get the ball rolling with that. Here’s a few that I’ve come across myself and I’m hoping the rest of you Dissensian creeps can add to this list. (note to self: it can’t be healthy when forum users devise a nickname for themselves, half of us probably speak in the first person like Clay ‘sheeeet’ Davis)

100 Grime Instrumentals- 6CD pack that J Sweet put out around 2006. Scraping the barrel as at last 50% of the tunes would have never have left the producers hard drive had J Sweet not did a weeks work experience at the record label equivalent of Steptoe & Son. Does include Plasticman Shallow Grave, J Sweet Gutter Alias remix, Big ED Frontline and some other hits though.

Youngstar- I bought some MP3’s of his (formula EP, around 5 years ago off some weird & legitimate MP3 site, along with Don Perignon ‘Got Myself Together’ and rare Ghost Trax singles. No idea what the site was called and it’s probably long gone now.

I found most of this stuff in Juno, has anyone found good MP3's they reluctantly bought after they couldn't afford that rare devil mix on Discogs for 400 quid
