In the meantime, here is the CityCoins interface.

Go to this page and click "connect wallet" or whatever it says in the top right. This is why the extension needs access to your browser activity.

Once it is connected, make sure you are on the "stacking" tab (not "mining" or "activation") of the NYC page (you'll see the logo in the top left). The scroll down to the form field that says "Amount in NYC" and type in, say, 198.

And then you can choose however long you want to stack for. Every bidding cycle is two weeks, and you can stack for up to 32 cycles consecutively before you need to re-stack. Our current projections estimate that you will be earning ~1.3 STX every two weeks, indefinitely.
