groupthink is very important on a trip, it's all about hivemind. if you're with assholes, you will have a bad trip.

Sounds like my first few trips...luckily i was with highly experienced trippers...they'd just play with my hair and hold my hand or something till i felt better.
I realized I was uptight about it because I'd heard all these legends... my dad and my uncle once get in a "scissors" fight tripping and the scissors went through my dad's foot.
Wow if you're schizo and you've been hospitalized for it it's probably a bad idea to trip to begin with, not to mention the haldol or whatever he was probably shot with probably didn't interact so well with the acid...whoa.
You would have a good trip if you tripped with the Nomadologist![]()
Actually (and weirdly) the only time on psychedelics it was all good was with my friend (who has since done jailtime/become schizophrenic himself) cos he actually understood the level of sensitivity involved (this was on the Hawaiian Baby Woodrose- which almost give the illusion of telepathy under the right circumstances though analytically they just speed up your brain function massively- hence incredible time dilation effects and ultra-sensitivity to stimuli).
Never heard of the Wood Rose, is it hard on your stomach like peyote and those plant-derivative tryptamines?
Wow that sounds really dangerous!! Too dangerous even for me. I might even have to draw a line right there![]()
Yeah and in the "slow hour" right in the middle you better be having a good time! Cos that shit dra-a-a-ags out... I don't reckon they're THAT dangerous. but best to get a full settled meal in yourself before taking. Also they seemed to have effects which after a certian point became MORE conventional the higher the dose. Very very odd.
I think I'm unduly afraid of poisons because my dad was always very aware of chemistry and the potential for kids to do stupid things and get hurt, so he was very strict about locking up the cleaners and things in my house. Now it's a neurotic tick of mine to be afraid of cross-contamination.
On sheet acid, I notice a lot of times the more I took, the more it became a "paint-by-numbers" experience where I was even seeing those fucking Grateful Dead dancing bears!! Torturous.
I've taken these little buggers too, I don't know about containing 'cyanide' (Wiki says not, apparently) but they can certainly give you an upset tummy. They can give you an upset head too, especially if you take them late at night while tired and already a bit drunk, like I did. *slaps self at the memory*
They contain LSA, which is pretty similar to LSD. It's also the main psychoative in ergot.
