Disambiguation: the Palestinian flag is not the Hamas flag. There isn't a Hamas flag, anyway, as then one would be able to identify Hamas and Hamas wouldn't want that especially when it might save a few of their compatriots' lives in the process.

on the deletion of USAID - the death toll is rising. there isn't a rigorous quantification of it all yet. one of the people modelling it is estimating that we are up to 53,000 AIDS deaths already, that would have been prevented if USAID had carried on as before. i can't say much about the methods that they've used. but it has face validity, ie, it stands to reason. what do you think about that biscuits? are you pro- or anti? or do you think it's all made up anyway

i'm not trying to imply that. it's a primary school view of the world that you'd think about such things in personal moral terms rather than systemic ones. you should be thinking from a secondary school perspective at least.

the other thing is why not have a chat about this in a different way. like why are you posting at me like this. it's really open you've been on here for ages and everyone would love you i think if you wanted to chat a bit rather than doing whatever this thing you're doing is. we could be mates like if you want to write and think about the personal imperfections of development people and other people who have claimed the moral high ground it's fertile territory, there's loads to say, it would be good i think
