Probably my favourite bird. I was in my 30s before I learned to recognise their call even though it's as distinctive as a pigeon.

male lesbian trying to earnestly explain the parameters of 'real hiphop' is somehow even more embaressing than him explaining the tenets of male lesbianism

choon of the last several weeks for me. unsurprisingly it's a summer tune. but there is something about the sweetness of the vocals and the positivity, optimism, that suits the sun. part of the appeal of 80s reggae is of course that it's pop music that isn't tainted by overexposure.

Remember what the parrot said to the crow:
Don't follow bad company or you will end up like Bandulu, Rude Boy

This time tomorrow you'll be in a different world
You better hang down your head Bandulu

I thought 16 Bit were British. One of them was also half of Broken Note.
that makes it even more funny. didnt know broken note until now but just played a random tune off their bandcamp on my laptop speakers and it sounded surprisingly fat
funny how much effort must go into mixing mid lows in a sub-like manner so playback on lighter speakers is more powerful
