when I studied to be a cult leader, but realised that I did not have the charisma and ducked out because I couldn't persuade anyone to front for me ( I would have been the hidden hand ) , one lesson I learnt was diet is key - no protein, high sugar, keep them rushing but a crash is inevitable, that's when they'll willingly drink the "kool aid" ( although Jimmy Jones got away with an off brand, cheapskate cyanide laced knockoff, so "drinking the kool aid" is actually a fallacy, boring true fact )

The worst one of these has to be doing a "dirty bulk", which just sounds like eating baked potatoes until you catastrophically shit yourself.
It basically means he lives on fried chicken and Guinness. We've all been there.
