When I was growing up I couldn’t conceive of how the Nazi’s were exterminating whole populations. Not only in the death camps but on the battle fronts (Eizengrupen). Yet, that was a time when unless you were a literal eye witness, how would you know.
I remember thinking how can this happen?
Now, in the age of realtime documentation the results/outrage are hardly discernible.
The slaughter & inhumanity is virtually without precedent this electronic age. The outrage is relegated to ridiculous ad hominem attacks on those trying to end it.
The tolerance by many nations, my own included will not go unpaid for.
What have we become?
